Yesterday, we attended the Community Housing Partnership Tenant Conference. It was a fantastic day that brought tenants from different housing associations together to discuss the issues that matter most to them. We were joined by members of our Tenant Voice Team and Customer Services Committee, who took part in a range of discussions and workshops. 🏘️

We caught up with two of our tenant representatives, Edna from our Tenant Voice Team and Debbie, an SLH Board member and Chair of our Customer Services Committee, to find out what they enjoyed most about the event.

“It’s interesting and very relevant. It’s great to meet tenants from other housing associations and hear about their experiences. We’ve learnt something new from coming here today, including the challenges that tenants in other organisations face. It also makes you think about our own policies and processes and how we can continue to improve them.”

Join us on Wednesday 30 September as we carry out a neighbourhood inspection in the Speke Boulevard and Western Avenue area. You'll see our team out and about between 3pm and 4pm, checking the area and identifying any issues that need attention. 📌

Neighbourhood inspections help us keep our communities clean, safe, and well maintained. During the walkabout, we'll be spotting things like litter, fly-tipping, environmental issues and repairs, then passing them on to the relevant team or partner organisation, including Liverpool City Council, so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.
