Refinance fridays are the best!!

24/08/2026

The only unoccupied property from our recent portfolio purchase. Probably one of the best we’ve bought in terms of refurbishment. Gardens need a good tidy, fresh lick of paint, spruce up the bathroom, and new carpets and flooring throughout.

Back at it this week after a well needed family break.🏖️
Very positive discussions held with a potential investor, started the process of switching over management of the newly purchased portfolio of 6, began organising the refinancing of them all and another offer accepted on a property in Holyhead.
Busy, busy, busy!! 😅😮‍💨

Hey, we made it!!! We got ourselves mentioned in a Prosperity Network post!!

Last week was our best by far in property!
We completed on a portfolio of 6 buy to let houses, and two flats, almost doubling our portfolio. 🍾🍾
The snowball effect is real, 6 years of slowly building is starting to pick up pace.
Along the way we’ve turned run down, sometimes derelict, properties into lovely homes for people to rent, whilst creating great returns for our investors!

If you’re interested in what we do, or would like to get involved, drop us a message, we would love to hear from you.

Some much needed kerb appeal. What a difference a lick of paint can make! 🎨

Almost done with this one. Just carpets and flooring, and a lick of paint to the front exterior.
I’ve been working here on and off for the past 8 weeks. Ste has only ever been once, and that was the day we viewed it. But ask me the name of our solicitors or who our mortgage provider is and I couldn’t tell you. It’s a team effort, both working to our strengths.💪🏻💪🏻
