I am delighted to share my newly designed website:

The aim is simple: to provide a dedicated source of specialist legal advice for holiday lodge and static caravan owners, prospective buyers and sellers, and holiday park operators.

Whether you are:

• thinking about buying a holiday lodge or static caravan
• concerned about whether a holiday home can lawfully be used as your permanent residence
• looking to sell your holiday home
• experiencing problems with your park operator
• involved in a dispute
• seeking to understand your contractual or legal position

I have worked in this specialist area of law for many years, advising and representing clients across England and Wales.

My work includes pre-purchase legal advice, helping clients understand the legal and contractual position before committing substantial sums to a holiday home, as well as advising where problems have already arisen and matters have developed into disputes or litigation.

Holiday park law can be very different from residential park home law, and the legal protections available will depend upon the particular circumstances and documentation. The website has therefore been designed to explain more clearly how I may be able to assist.
