Project Complete!
We were delighted to provide Quantity Surveying services on this dual-site project for Longmartin Properties Ltd.
Works comprised a Cat A refurbishment on the office and common areas, and fit out of 5 floors in the two separate Central London office buildings, 14 Upper St. Martin’s Lane and 10 Slingsby Place (both in WC2) – all whilst the rest of the buildings remained in occupation.
It’s been a real pleasure to work with an excellent team and see the vision of Hale Brown Architects become a reality.
