📢 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞-𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝

We are pleased to announce the simultaneous exchange and completion of a Sainsbury’s supermarket investment that we are acquired on behalf of a retained client.

The property comprises of a prominent 3,860 sq ft store located in Nottingham city-centre, let to Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Limited until January 2036 with no breaks.

Following the acquisition, Pride Management have also been appointed to manage the investment on the client’s behalf.
 
A special thanks to Andrew Marshall from Glenlyon Real Estate who acted for the vendor and for his assistance throughout the deal.
 
Congratulations to Jack Ezekiel and Pritesh Patel who acted on behalf of the buyer.

Just over a month ago, we hosted our 14th , a brilliant day filled with energy, community and unforgettable moments - all to raise funds for One Kind Act.

One of the standout highlights was welcoming former England Cricket Captain Michael Vaughan OBE () to join us for the day.

In conversation with our host Tommy Sandhu, Michael reflected on leading a world‑class team, shared his take on the latest developments in the cricketing world, and spoke powerfully about leadership, resilience and staying composed under pressure. The audience was absolutely hooked.

A huge thank you to Michael for being part of our annual cricket day.

We’re delighted to welcome Richard Lightwing to Prideview Group.

Richard joins us with extensive experience across both residential and commercial real estate, having advised private investors, family offices, developers and corporate clients on property acquisition, disposal and asset management throughout the UK.

Specialising in residential investment, Richard brings a wealth of expertise in sourcing, negotiating and executing high-value transactions, while also advising on selected commercial opportunities across retail, hotels and development projects. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in property transactions with an aggregate value of several billion pounds.

Holding a specialist Master’s degree in Real Estate Management, Richard is a Fellow of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), reflecting his deep industry knowledge and professional standing.

Richard will be working closely with Vishal Patel in our Capital Markets team.

We’re excited to have Richard on board and look forward to the expertise, insight and value he will bring to our clients and wider business.

🏏 £50,000+ RAISED!! 🏏

The final numbers are in, and we’re delighted to announce that a whopping £50,000+ was raised at our 2026 event.

This takes our cumulative fundraising total to more than £400,000 over the 14 years we’ve been hosting this popular annual event.

All funds raised will go to our chosen charity partner, One Kind Act, supporting social impact projects across the UK and around the world. We are hugely grateful for the generosity and support of everyone involved in helping us reach this amount. Most importantly, we know these funds will make a genuine difference to so many lives.

The 2026 tournament also marked a significant milestone for the event, with Investec and Summix joining as the Prideview Cricket Cup’s first-ever headline sponsors, helping to support the continued growth and charitable impact of the competition. We’re truly grateful for their partnership, which helped make the day a huge success.

Adding to the occasion was special guest Michael Vaughan OBE, who took part in an exclusive Q&A session with our fantastic host Tommy Sandhu, sharing stories and insights from his distinguished cricketing career.

With the sun shining throughout the day, the 2026 event delivered all the cricket, celebrity guests and outstanding atmosphere that so many have come to expect from this annual fixture.

Six 6-a-side teams competed for the coveted Prideview Cricket Cup, joined by former England players Owais Shah, Samit Patel, Ali Brown, Ajmal Shahzad, Paul Nixon and Tom Westley, who coached and supported teams throughout the day.

Congratulations to event newcomers Lendhub, who emerged as champions, with Investec finishing as runners-up after a highly competitive tournament.

A really fantastic day – we’ve received dozens of messages from so many of you sharing how much you enjoyed the day. It’s truly made our day, and we can’t wait to come back next year and raise even more funds for charitable causes.

This time last week, we were in Montenegro for our company trip!

A celebration following a successful 2025, where the team exceeded our annual deal target.

Three days of activities, laughter, and team bonding.

There are so many fantastic memories but here’s some of our highlights:
- A hike in the Vrmac mountains where some of the team overcame challenges and fears. It was great to see the camaraderie, with colleagues supporting and motivating each other, resulting in a huge sense accomplishment once complete.
- Wine tasting in a family-run winery with beautiful views of the Bay.
- Team dinners giving us an opportunity to connect and celebrate our recent successes - like the opening of our new Marylebone office.

The trip helped us appreciate the sort of culture we are fostering at Prideview - one where we work hard and have fun.

And on that note - the hard work continues. We’ve got more targets to meet this year, and despite a challenging economic and global climate, the team is out there ready to make those deals happen.
