Another one SOLD (stc)! 🏡✨🥳
Last week we agreed the sale of our now third apartment at Brenchley Gardens, SE23. And just like the others, it was snapped up incredibly quickly, with this one going under offer on the very first day of viewings after receiving four strong offers.
It’s moments like these that remind us why we’re so passionate about doing things differently. We put so much into preparing every home before it launches, and seeing buyers fall in love with them quickly makes it all worthwhile.
