Ten years ago, I was offered a job. I said I donโt want to be an employee, I want to be partners.
It wasnโt arrogance, it was clarity. I knew what I had to offer, and I found the courage to ask for the chance to prove it. And they said yes.
We built this from scratch. Ten years on, Iโm still here - one of three Directors at Galaxy Real Estate, now one of Londonโs leading independent property groups. And today, on our 10th anniversary, weโve risen to a new level: Galaxy Real Estate is now Galaxy Group, home to five pillars: Galaxy Real Estate, Galaxy Finance, Galaxy Investment, Galaxy Accountancy, and Galaxy NPS Law.
None of this was mine alone. To every person on this team who has trusted me, worked alongside me, and grown with me since day one, thank you so much. This anniversary belongs to all of us.
If thereโs one thing Iโve learned, itโs this: you donโt need permission to believe in your own value. You just need the courage to ask.
