London’s rental growth is picking up pace, with the latest ONS release showing average monthly private rents of £2,332. Annual growth accelerated to 3.5%, up from 3.0% in July.

Our Taiwan team had recently collaborated with Berkeley Group for a series of successful property exhibitions across Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, presenting some of their flagship UK developments to local Taiwanese investors.
