We decided to focus entirely on lettings, not sales, and always will. In 2010 we identified a glaring opportunity in the London property market as it started shifting from sales to lettings. Having worked in Wimbledon for years, our founding team identified a shift on the property market and a unique opportunity to build a focussed lettings only agency. We opened our first office on Wimbledon Hill to serve SW19 and beyond. Wimbledon proved to be a natural fit. We are now market leaders with many of our founding clients still with us to this day. We opened our second office in 2015. A significant moment elevating our operation from a single office to a networked agency. The Lavender Hill office serves Battersea, Clapham, Nine Elms and surrounding districts – a connected extension to our established Wimbledon business.
2019 was a huge year. We opened our third office introducing our boutique hotel style, on Garrett Lane - serving Earlsfield, Southfields, Wandsworth and East Putney. We also invested heavily in our bespoke cloud-based operations hub WW360 and our innovative customer portal MYWW, allowing our landlords to manage their lets effortlessly - anytime, anywhere. Having established a foothold in South Kensington over recent years, in 2022 we opened our fourth office on Old Brompton Road. This new flagship branch brings the same Wi******er White service standards to the landlords and tenants of Kensington, Notting Hill, Chelsea and Fulham. THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT
Over the next few years we have ambitious plans to open offices and operational hubs covering more neighbourhoods across London.
