As you likely to be aware, the Luton local authority are currently awaiting a decision from the High Court on whether to allow a judicial review to go ahead regarding the Selective and Additional Licensing schemes.

The end of the ‘Early Bird’ period (due to end on 5th May 2024) will be deferred until that decision is received, at which time the local authority will publicise further details of implementation of the schemes and the early bird application deadline.

In the event that the schemes cannot be implemented, all licence application fees submitted will be refunded and application details will be deleted from the system.
