Potential Community Space; we need YOUR thoughts!
As you know we are renovating 4 Main Street and one of our tenants within the ground floor commercial space is looking to offer rental office space. They are wanting to help working professionals have a work-life balance and help their customers have the space they once converted into a live-in office, back as part of their family home.
✨ Keep reading for the community hub opportunity, we want to be transparent on our tenants aspirations with YOU all to enable a better service for the community ✨
As it stands the rental offering will be:
- Tier One: Flexible hot desking where you can ‘walk in’ or book a short term desk space;
- Tier Two: Designated desk space for predetermined dates or longer periods of time. With your own lockable drawers and access to book the meeting room and sound booths included in this rate.
- Tier Three: A designated office space with lockable door. A private office which can be for a client to furnish as they wish, or enquire for a furnished options. Access to book the meeting room and booths included in this rate also.
- Add Ons (included in rates for designated and office bookings)
- Sound Booths which can be used for private calls, private virtual meetings are perhaps a private space to talk aloud.
- 4 m x 4 m meeting room accommodating a large table, seating, screen and ability to present linking to a screen.
- Communal kitchenette offering a microwave, refrigerator and hot water facilities for those all important cuppas we need throughout the day!
- Secure, private toilet facilities.
- Option to lock main access door for any enhanced safeguarding needs.

Our Tenant wants to try move-able furniture to allow for a multi purpose space. These ideas need time to be explored and equally the right amount of funding, return on investment.
Kidsway isn’t about generating profit, we want to give back to the community. We HEAR YOU that Milnthorpe needs more community space.
