The latest official ONS figures have just been released, and they make encouraging reading for local homeowners.

The average East Renfrewshire house price reached £306,000 in July 2026, up 6.3% in a year.

For comparison, the average across Scotland was £196,000, with annual growth of 2.3%.

And depending on property type, average prices locally now stand at:

🏢 Flats: £172,000
