Another suite ready for a great tenant who is already with us but is moving to a new suite. Again, she chose the decor and made a great choice for her therapy business to operate from.

A huge thank you to for bringing both our vision and our tenants visions to reality at 19 Wellington Sq in Ayr. The starting point would out many off but having a team by your side to make things happen is so important in this game.

Not completely finished yet but enough to show meaningful progress with some more suites being developed currently. They will also be suntanning based on the vision of these tenants also.

It’s been a pleasure seen the building progress but also seeing the tenants move into their new spaces and hearing that this will allow them to take their businesses to the next level is very satisfying to hear. 😁

We are delighted to have another amazing tenant join us with Halo Skin & Laser Clinic | Ayr in Armlan Spaces - Ayrshire at 19 Wellington Square in Ayr.

We worked with Halo to capture every detail of their design brief to create the space they wanted to grow as a business. I think we nailed it by the feedback we got from them and really can’t wait to see them grow in their amazing space with us.

Another suite renovated for our clients Hair by Leah and Claire Smith Hairdressing for their new Salon. Their design and vision and it looks absolutely stunning. Studio 19 is open for business! 💇‍♀️

Another suite ready for handover next week to our tenants for their counselling business. They have designed this space to be calming and relaxing and we think they’ve done a great job on the design and decor.

We hope they are very happy in their space for many years to come.

We offer this customised decor option to our tenants to allow them to feel a sense of ownership and to build a long term partnership between us as the tenant. The designs and colour schemes in this building are truly amazing and we have more to come so watch this space!

More suites almost ready for clients to move into at the end of the month and we have more to follow. Big push from our decorators to get them ready to the clients spec. Flooring going down in suites and more next week.

We’ll have more sinks getting installed with all plumbing already in place for the clients choice of sink units.

We don’t just provide space, we listen to what our clients want and make it happen and the feedback we get is great.

Our most recent agreed space to go said exactly that. They shopped about to see what was available in the area and seen some very nice spaces but wanted to work with us as we genuinely want to help. This was great to hear and makes us so happy to be a small part in businesses journey to meet their goals. This is our aim and so great to hear we’re resonating in that.

Very shortly, we’ll be doing our grand reveal of all the amazing tenants we have in the building.

Exam results! 🫣 Are you or a young person nervously awaiting results tomorrow?

Results bring up a whole host of thoughts and emotions.

Relief. Pride. Excitement. Disappointment. Uncertainty.

Sometimes all of them at once!
As a biology teacher, mum of a teen waiting on results and student in the not too distant past - I can empathise, I get it.

In Cognitive Behavioural Therapy we recognise that our minds are quick to turn a result into a story about who we are:

❌ “I failed, so I’m a failure.”
❌ “I didn’t get the grades I wanted, so my future is ruined.”
❌ “Everyone else is doing better than me.”

But a result is exactly that… a result.

It can open some doors and close others, but it doesn’t define your worth, your intelligence, or your potential.

The people I meet in therapy often discover that some of the biggest opportunities in their lives came from paths they never planned to take.

If you’re receiving results, be kind to yourself. Celebrate your achievements, acknowledge your disappointment if things didn’t go as hoped, and remember that one set of grades is only a small part of your journey. A wee stop to check the map and decide where to go next. It doesn’t all need to be figured out today.

Progress over perfection. Always.
