These are questions I get asked all the time.

So rather than just giving you my opinion, here are some actual numbers from last week (11/09–17/09) — and I think they make for pretty positive reading 👇

1. 👥 43 NEW ACTIVE BUYERS REGISTERED

Between 11th–17th September, I personally registered 43 new buyers actively looking for homes across Northampton.

That’s 43 people searching for their next home.

Without buyers, the market slows down. Fewer buyers means fewer viewings, offers and ultimately fewer sales.

So the fact this was my best week for new buyer registrations since starting the business is a really encouraging sign that there is still a strong appetite to buy here in Northampton.

2. 🏠 27 VIEWINGS BOOKED

During the same period, I booked 27 viewings across my current homes for sale — with 11 taking place today alone!

Of course, some properties will attract more interest than others, but that tells us something important too…

I need more homes like them.

I can only sell each property to one buyer. When multiple buyers are interested, people will miss out and continue looking for something similar.

3. 🔥 WHAT ARE BUYERS LOOKING FOR?

From the enquiries and buyers I’m currently working with, four types of property are standing out:

🔑 3-bed semi-detached homes up to £325,000
🔑 4-bed detached homes up to £400,000
🔑 Bungalows
🔑 Homes in villages surrounding Northampton

These are generating some of the strongest interest from buyers I’m speaking to right now.

4. 📣 THE MESSAGE IS SIMPLE…
