The property had previously been on the market with another agent without much success. When the vendor moved over to us they said, “I don’t believe the choice of agent will make a huge difference in the present climate.”

After Mark unexpectedly faced redundancy, and with a young family at home, we took the opportunity to really think about what we wanted next. At the same time, Becky made the decision to leave her role of 14 years as a Branch Partner at a well known estate agency, and we took the leap.

We didn’t want to build just another agency.
