🧺 Found on our lower ground floor, the laundry room has 2️⃣ washing machines and 2️⃣ dryers - the room is open 24/7! 🧺

📳 Accessing your wash can be done on the tablet or via the app, which takes payments and lets you know when a machine is free to use! 📳

😊 The support number is also in the laundry room, but if you have any questions, you can come to us for help! 😊

🟡 LETTERS AND PARCELS 🟡

✉️ All letters and thinner parcels like free prints will be placed in your letterbox, which is located in the common room - your mailbox number corresponds with your room number! ✉️

📦 Bigger deliveries and parcels will be placed behind reception! You must download KILQ in order to pick up your parcel from us. You'll receive a notification on the app letting you know your parcel is ready for collection, and you'll give us a unique code when picking it up! 📦

😀 KLIQ will also be the place for information on our events and things going on around the building! 😀

🫶 So get KLIQ downloaded before check-in day!! 🫶

✨️ Abit of boring housekeeping to help make tomorrow a smooooth check out -
● Please leave your rooms as you found them at the start of the year!
● Use ALL the bins provided in the bin store!
● Remember to donate food to our food drive!
● Staff are on site tomorrow UNTIL 2PM. Please aim to be out by midday!
●HAND YOUR KEYS IN!!!
