We’re absolutely blown away to share that we’ve hit our £1,000 fundraising target for Young Lives vs Cancer 💛

A huge, heartfelt thank you to every single person who has donated and supported us. Your generosity truly means the world and will help families facing incredibly tough times.

This challenge is deeply personal to us, as we walk in memory of Kayleigh. Every step we take on Thursday 26th March will be for her, and for all those affected by cancer.

We’ll be taking on the 9.4 mile route from Edale to Kinder Scout via Jacob’s Ladder, and we can’t wait to share photos and updates from the hike! So keep an eye out!

With less than 2 weeks to go, the excitement (and nerves!) are definitely building. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us so far! Your donations, messages, and encouragement mean the world.

Before arranging a viewing, we speak with prospective tenants to assess affordability, household size and overall suitability for the property.

During the viewing itself, we have the opportunity to meet applicants in person, answer their questions and understand how serious they are about the property.

Once applications are received, we provide landlords with detailed feedback before progressing to a thorough referencing process, including employment checks, credit checks and previous landlord references.

Throughout the entire process we maintain clear communication so landlords have the information they need to make the right decision.

Securing the right tenant protects both the property and the tenancy from the very beginning.
