🦩Here’s your handy guide to checking into The Waterways!…
🚘 Please arrive in time for your booked time-slot, and park in our temporary offloading bays. Our security guards will be there to guide you.
🪪 Head to reception with your ID to hand to collect your room key. We recommend that someone stays with the car whilst you grab your key.
🫶 We have over 200 of you lovely lot moving in over the weekend!
Please help us keep everything running smoothly by sticking to your time slot, and returning trolleys once you’re finished with them! 🫶
🏡 We hope your new room is perfect, but if you do find any issues, please see us at reception to report, or scan the QR code in your welcome pack. We’ll get it sorted right away!
🥤 We’ll have plenty of refreshments and freebies available, please feel free to help yourself!

🚍🧺 All of our residents are eligible for either a bus pass or laundry voucher! Here’s how to redeem it.
🙏 And last but not least, go easy on our lifts!! Please do not block the doors or prop them open, as this can lead to breakdowns.
If you are not moving luggage, and are able to do so, please consider taking the stairs where possible. 🙌
