Wignalls Chartered Surveyors is continuing to expand, and we’re looking for an experienced Planning Consultant to join our growing team.
Planning has become one of the fastest-growing parts of our business, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with clients and, most importantly, getting results.

Every application is discussed, challenged and refined as a team. We bounce ideas off one another, draw on each other’s experience and work together to make every submission as robust as it can possibly be.

Whether you’re preparing planning applications, advising clients, negotiating with local planning authorities or helping shape development proposals, you’ll be surrounded by people who genuinely want to help each other succeed.
