🏡 Yorkshire’s property market remains steady!
Rightmove’s latest report shows the UK’s housing market remains resilient, but it is not showing the usual autumn bounce this year, with asking prices rising by just 0.3% in the past month

Our Homes to Hope Charity Challenge has kicked off today, with the team starting their walk from Bingley to Leeds, and Paul Wilson, our Wharfedale Area Director, cycling the entire 127-mile Leeds–Liverpool Canal! 💙 And he's already reached the half way mark!

We hit our fundraising target early, so we’ve raised it — and we’re now 93% there!

🚴‍♂️ We’re thrilled to share that our Wharfedale Area Director, Paul Wilson, will be adding an incredible twist to our Homes to Hope Charity Challenge this Thursday by cycling the entire 127-mile Leeds–Liverpool Canal – aiming to reach Leeds just as our walking team completes their 16-mile trek from Bingley’s Five Rise Locks to Granary Wharf.

Thanks to everyone’s amazing support – and the team’s dedication – we’ve now reached 98% of our fundraising target for The Principle Trust Children’s Charity! 💙

The Trust provides free, week-long respite holidays for Yorkshire children and families facing trauma, poverty, illness or disability.

We’re so close to our goal – let’s get that final 2% and make a real difference for even more families. 🙌
