There is something very satisfying about a good before and after… and Morgan has worked her magic on this oven this week! 🧽✨

A proper oven clean is one of those jobs that takes time, patience and plenty of elbow grease, but the finished result speaks for itself.

Our housekeeping team do far more than simply prepare our properties between guests. Deep cleaning jobs like this are worked into our schedules to help keep the homes we manage looking their best throughout the year.

There's something incredibly satisfying about a good before and after... 🤩🧼

Hair-filled shower traps are one of those jobs nobody looks forward to, but they're one of the many little details that can make a huge difference to our guests' experience. A slow-draining shower can quickly spoil an otherwise perfect stay, so we make a point of checking and cleaning them thoroughly between bookings.

We know it's not the most glamorous part of what we do, but oddly enough, we absolutely love a satisfying before and after like this! There's something really rewarding about leaving every property cleaner, fresher and ready for the next guests to enjoy.

It's often the jobs that guests never notice that matter the most. ✨

"Claire’s place was a quiet retreat from the bustle of Salisbury. It was still an easy walk from the centre. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay was provided. The home was clean. Beautiful fresh flowers were on the table and milk in the fridge. We would definitely choose to stay again."

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our growing short-term rental business, helping to keep our beautiful Airbnb properties running smoothly and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.

If you are organised, practical, calm under pressure, and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.

📍 Salisbury-based (hybrid working)
🕒 Part-time | 22.5 hours per week
🏡 Flexible working around family commitments
📅 Initial 7-month fixed-term role starting in June, with potential to extend
🚗 Driving licence and access to a vehicle required

This role would suit someone with experience in hospitality, property, operations, coordination, or someone simply practical, proactive, and ready to get stuck in.

It was truly our honour to host Tailtha and her wonderful family, who travelled from all over the globe to Salisbury to celebrate such a special occasion, her wedding at Salisbury Cathedral. 👰🤵💍
