Host with Grace is looking for a Property Operations Assistant to join our friendly Salisbury-based team.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our growing short-term rental business, helping to keep our beautiful Airbnb properties running smoothly and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.

If you are organised, practical, calm under pressure, and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.

📍 Salisbury-based (hybrid working)
🕒 Part-time | 22.5 hours per week
🏡 Flexible working around family commitments
📅 Initial 7-month fixed-term role starting in June, with potential to extend
🚗 Driving licence and access to a vehicle required

This role would suit someone with experience in hospitality, property, operations, coordination, or someone simply practical, proactive, and ready to get stuck in.

There is something rather special about being part of moments like this ✨

We had the pleasure of helping to plan a surprise 60th birthday at Croft House. From a bespoke cake by Amy's Pantry to balloons and decorations waiting on arrival, every detail was carefully arranged ahead of time. 🎉🎂🎈

Kevan arrived with no idea what was in store, and the reaction said it all.

We were so touched to receive this message afterwards:

“Kevan didn't have a clue about the surprise and he was truly shocked when we arrived… I’m sure he will continue to talk about his 60th birthday for a long time to come. The cake… was absolutely amazing, everyone loved it. The decorations in the house were wonderful, too… Our stay was simply excellent and you are a team of wonderful professionals.”
