We've been a little quiet on here lately — and this is why. 🌊

We've been busy working away with the new owners, getting everything ready, and we are absolutely over the moon to finally be able to share this with you.

Meet Saltwater Apartments — our brand new self-catering apartments at 42 The Esplanade, right on Scarborough's South Cliff seafront.

The official photos are on their way — but we just couldn't keep this to ourselves any longer. So here's a sneaky peek at what we've been up to. 👀

19 apartments across a stunning converted Victorian building. Sea views from the front-facing rooms. Smart self check-in. Your own fully fitted kitchen, sofa, dining table, en suite shower room. Studios through to two-beds sleeping up to 6. Dog-friendly. Free parking.

The Italian Gardens are right opposite. South Bay Beach is 10 minutes on foot. The Cleveland Way cliff tops are just up the road towards Filey.

We are so proud of this place — and we can't wait for you to see it properly when the photos are in. But in the meantime...

🏡 Last minute August availability at Half Moon House — and the bank holiday deal is a good one.

We've got two windows left at Half Moon House, our Georgian townhouse in Scarborough's Old Town. Sleeps 10, sea views, private enclosed rear garden, free parking, pet friendly.

This week (11th–17th August) is still available — check the website for pricing.

August Bank Holiday weekend (28th–31st August)is £1,000 for the long weekend, and we'll throw in one extra night completely free. A great excuse to make an end-of-summer trip!

Not many places sleep 10 in the middle of the Old Town. This one does — and it's full of vintage charm.

It's a brilliant house. Georgian character, loads of space for a big group or a few families, right in the middle of everything the Old Town has to offer — Scarborough Castle, South Bay Beach, and some of the best independent restaurants and pubs in town on your doorstep.

Dogs welcome too. 🐾

Summer's here — and Danum House has dates still available 🌊

If you've been trying to sort a Scarborough trip for a big group, this one's worth a look.

Danum House is our 6-bedroom Victorian property in the North Bay area — newly renovated, full of character, and set up properly for groups of up to 12. There's a large dining room, a separate lounge, an enclosed yard, and free parking. Dog friendly too, so no one gets left at home.

You're in a great spot. North Bay Beach is just down the road. South Bay is an easy walk. The Open Air Theatre, cricket ground, and town centre are all close by — plenty to keep a group busy without having to travel far.

It's the kind of place where everyone gets their own space, but you're still together when it matters. Big table, big lounge, big memories. You know how it goes.
