In the loop with everything and can get things fixed asap. Happy tenants, happy house, happy landlords. A lot of my tenants are either ex tenants that have moved away and come back or are from word of mouth. As years go on I advertise less and less as I get phone calls asking for available rooms. Always look after your tenants, and choose the right tenants, tenants that will pay rent on time, look after your investment and respect other tenants in the house. It will make your life as a landlord so much easier

Teaching the boy what I do and love doing. Teaching him that success is not a given. Work hard, be focussed and choose the right path. He helped me all morning for the minimum wage 😂money doesn’t grow on trees kids 👊

I have 2 rooms that have become available in this 6 bed HMO. All bills included including WiFi. Two bathrooms. Near all the bars, restaurants and shops that Southsea have to offer. Another 2 HMOS that I picked up mid October. Both properties have come a long way since then. My builder did say to me, 'carly you should do some before pictures' So that is my plan on my next project, just to appreciate the journey and hard work that goes into the properties to make them nice and homely for the tenants. I always aim for a 4 week turn around. This is to renovate the property, advertise and have tenants move in. I am very lucky to have a great team behind me to help make this happen.
