•Advertise and market the property with a To Let board and on the internet

•Arrange viewings with potential tenants and accompany them to view the property

•Obtain credit checks, references and current home checks of potential tenants

•Prepare tenancy agreements and tenant information packs

•Carry out an inventory of the condition of the property upon the tenant entering or leaving the property

•Collecting a deposit and registering the deposit with the deposit protection scheme as applicable

•Ensuring the rent is collected when due

•Transferring the rent directly to your bank account

•forwarding a statement detailing the rent received and any deductions

•Arranging or carrying out any repairs to be dealt with per your instruction

•Advising local authorities and utility companies of the tenants details

•Issuing of any notices necessary

•Discussing with you the re-advertising of your property should the tenant wish to vacate the property
