Another incredible eXp UK Conference! 🙌
I absolutely loved hearing from some of the very best in the industry, sharing ideas, collaborating, and reminding us all why taking time out of the business to work on the business is so important.
A particular highlight was seeing “Adam in the future”... I think he might be onto something 😂
I also took part in the very first eXp’s Got Talent! Going up on stage is never easy... especially at 9am on Day 2 🫠 but it was great fun and definitely something I’ll remember.
Davina McCall was brilliant. She spoke a lot about resilience, and one quote that really stuck with me was
“A no is just a yes that hasn’t happened yet.”
So many powerful lessons and reminders that success isn’t always about avoiding challenges, but how you respond to them.
And of course, the ever-insightful Lee Woodward, who always leaves you with plenty to think about.
The conference wasn’t all business either... we danced the night away with some of my favourite agents 💃
Jasmin and I spent the journey home brainstorming ideas, reflecting on the event, and deciding what changes we’ll be making within the business. Safe to say we’ve come back inspired ✨
