It’s our 6th birthday today! Can I get a WOOT WOOT?! 📣🙌🏼

Mental to look back at 6 years ago, when it was just little ol’ me… and now seeing our team of 6 amazing people 🤩

When I first thought of launching independently, everyone said “Nooooo, you can’t do that. They don’t do that in this country… put faces on boards!” 😱

Well… we did it anyway 😉

The first independent agent in Swansea, and now look where we are.

We’ve shaken up the industry to say the least - and we’re only just getting started 💪🏼

In today’s market, “list it and see” isn’t a strategy - it’s how you become the listing everyone’s already scrolled past.

Standing out is the job now. That means price and presentation working harder than ever. Get those right and buyers walk through the door - because you can’t negotiate with a buyer who’s never set foot inside.

Market value isn’t personal. And honestly, that’s probably one of the hardest parts of selling a home.

You can have the upgrades.
The perfect location.
The stunning kitchen.
The theatre room you absolutely love.

But ultimately, the market decides what a buyer is willing to pay.

Your home can be incredibly special to you - and it should be. But market value isn’t based on what you’ve spent, what you love about it, or what you need to achieve.

It’s based on what the evidence tells us buyers will pay today.

And sometimes, I’m the one who has to deliver that news.
