Lockley Homes are delighted to have secured full planning permission for a development of 14 new homes in the village of Flyford Flavell, Worcestershire, including 4 affordable homes to support local housing need.
This carefully considered scheme will deliver high-quality new homes in a sustainable village location, contributing positively to the local community while respecting the character of the area.

We would like to thank Wychavon District Council for their continued support throughout the process, and Avon Planning for their hard work and guidance in helping bring this project forward.

A big thank you also to our consultant team for their expertise and collaboration: DJOGS Landscape Architecture & Ecology, Structa Engineering, Rappor Transport Planning, and BHB Architects. A genuine team effort in getting this permission over the line.
