Content day filming across some of our live projects with 🎥📸

Probably our smoothest filming day yet… right Speedy? 👀😂

We’ve got a lot on the go at the minute — projects coming in, projects going out, and plenty happening in between.

It’s all part of the bigger picture: continuing to build towards our long-term goals while helping our investors achieve strong returns on their capital 👌

And as usual, didn’t contribute much to the actual filming 🤪
Although, in fairness, she did plenty of directing 😂

Summer holidays = officially over. Back to routine, back to reality… 🫡

The last few weeks have been plenty of park trips, days out and generally enjoying having a bit more flexibility. Very grateful for the grandparents who help make that possible too!

Meanwhile, things have been moving along nicely on the work front 👇🏼

🏡 Our latest flip in Billinge is staged, finished and ready to hit the market next week.

🔑 Completion coming up on a home in Standish.

🏢 Our commercial tenants are well underway with their refurb and should be trading next week…which means refinance incoming!

🏨 The hotel refurb is well underway too, with the works now in full swing.

And there are plenty more deals currently in the pipeline, all at various stages of planning, negotiating and waiting for someone somewhere to reply…

Mostly waiting for the councils, obviously. Patience is a key requirement in property apparently 😂

Now let’s see what the rest of the year brings 👀
