Between mid April and mid May this year, 104,353 UK homes were sold subject to contract across the UK.

Yes, that is below the extraordinary post Covid surge of 2021. Yet when you strip away the lockdown distortions, the market is still holding up remarkably well.

The property market is not booming, but neither is it broken.

This one has been quite the ride for my lovely clients.

They first came to market with a High Street agent and were given a very high valuation… but no real strategy to support it. As time went on, it became clear the approach wasn’t going to get them moving.
