All our houses have at least one DorGuard. These are devices that hold fire doors open in a safe and compliant way. We've found that the batteries don't always last a full year, so we've started supplying spares so the students can change them when they start beeping.

And now they're watching you.

We've had a great week meeting student house hunters for the 25-26 academic year - things have been really busy, and we now only have one property left.

If you're part of a group of four looking for '25-'26, take a look at 9 Graham Road, and get in touch if you'd like to arrange a viewing.

Spooky things going on at the houses this morning.

Fortunately, nothing has haunted the fire alarm systems.
