Chestnut Solutions Property Specialists was formed in 2017 by Richard and Julie Bray. Since then, we have built a strong reputation for delivering a first-class service, with the majority of our clients coming to us throug

h word-of-mouth recommendation. In May 2025 our youngest son Will joined the business, making Chestnut Solutions a genuine family-run company. Richard has worked within the property industry for nearly 20 years and Julie for almost 10 years, combining extensive professional experience with strong local knowledge of the York market.
