We would love to introduce you to our new Maintenance Co-ordinator, Jo 🎉 learn about Jo here!

❇️Jo joined us at IG in June and has settled quickly into the maintenance team.
❇️Jo previously worked as an office administrator within a subsidiary of the British Railways Board and so brings a strong grounding in document control, databases and contracts.
❇️Being a graduate of York St John University with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Jo is a natural listener and quick to understand what landlord’s and tenant’s need.
❇️With experience of handing queries and complaints in busy customer service teams, Jo stays unflustered when several things need sorting at once.

Welcome Jo, we’re thrilled to have you on the I G Property team!

✨🎉Congratulations to Katherine on an incredible 20 years at I G Property ! 🎉✨

In June, Katherine celebrated being with I G Property for 20 years ! For two decades, Katherine has been a valued part of our team, helping the business grow and supporting countless landlords and tenants along the way. She has also been here since we first moved into the office as later this year we will have been in the same building for 20 years too !

Over the years she’s seen the industry evolve from paper contracts and in-person signings to the digital world we work in today. Through every change, Katherine’s professionalism, dedication and commitment have remained constant.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed over the last 20 years and are proud to celebrate this amazing milestone with her!
