What a transformation this customer gave us a call with a leak in there roof so we went and investigated it was caused by old broken concrete valley tiles so we changed it for new grp closed valley trough. The customer then asked if we undertake moss removal and this is a picture of before and after what a difference it makes.😁

This was a very enjoyable job just before the Christmas break. The owner of this house had a leaking gulley the lead stripped out was all in one peace so with thermal movement over the years had got splits in various places and the original upstand were not long enough . So we stripped it all up back to wood re borded it and done it the correct way 🔨🪚.

New flatroof 🔥 and a pitched Roof installed 🔨🪚

This project started as a leaking polycarbonate roof sheets with flashband sealing it to the abutment. We stripped the whole lot of and then added a upstand as the original wasn't enough that was contributing to damp in the room inside. We then fixed a wall plate to the wall and added rafters then felt and batten. The customer then asked if there was a way of adding light to this area we recommended adding 2 velux windows. Once we installed them we tiled it finnished the lead work and cement work.This was a passage way through to the garden originally now it's all fully insulated and plasterd and electrics done. It's now a beautiful modern utility room so it's added so much space to the house just from a old alleyway we then finnished up with a new 3 layer techno torch bitumen flat roof system. This one really come together 😀.

🔨🪚 Replacing a single garage flat roof today adding timbers to secure the structure as the old timber was placed at incorrect measurements then using osb3 boards as a deck with arris rail fitted to all 3 sides to make it independent from the neighbours. All of the prep work is done tomorrow is time to lay the 3 layer bitumen torch on system 🔥

We also cover moss removal this was done yeasterday and rebedded some of the ridges as the moss growth had perished the cement and made the ridge become loose . Dont let moss delaminate your roof tiles and cause damp and leaks. Removing the moss the traditional way makes no damage to your roof it will prolong the life of your roof and save you that cost further down the line give us a message today for your free quote .📨
