Just LISTEN to the buzz in that room!
What an amazing day today at Property & Poppadoms National Event.
I actually won the tickets, and by some miracle I managed to get a day off work to attend.
I'm a firm believer that things happen for a reason, and today was one that made me really realise that being in the right room is absolutely key to success.
Today I saw the P&P community in action, attendees networking with no judgement, no competition, and a willingness to connect and help each other, and guest speakers who truly want to share their knowledge and help people learn.
And the cherry on the top was catching up with a few familiar faces throughout the day too.
Overall, a wonderful day with more connections made, more knowledge gained, and more inspiration too!

The day started so well... but we have definitely made up for it since. It's been a day of mentally exhausting jobs 🤯 genuinely interesting patients 🛳 and some 'unique' choices of garden designs ⛩️
All in a days work eh? Lets see what tomorrow brings!

Cheeky little brunch date / strategy meeting.

When you are husband and wife, parents to teenagers, and work too, these meetings are so important.
It might look like a breakfast date 🥐
But in reality it's a business meeting 💼
We always try to leave the house and go somewhere we can escape the family commitments and fully concentrate on catching up with where each of us are, how our projects are going, and refocus on the important steps to move things forwards.
This is planning time. Focus time. Strategy time.

Great evening tonight at Property & Poppadoms Lichfield. Fabulous guest speaker Amanda Olley, from Summit Planning Associates, talking about all things planning which was incredibly useful for us. 🙏🏼 Also bumped into some fellow Aspire Education delegates Natasha Richardson & Ian Jasper 🙂
These events are absolutely crucial in building a trusted team and a network of like minded people. First time we have been to the Lichfield P&P, but everybody was very welcoming, and the curry was lovely too 😋

Apologies we have been a bit quiet on here lately. We have been busy working hard on some projects in the background, doing the preparation for the things that you see on social media.
These are the bits people never think about. Sometimes business isn't all fun photos and networking. Sometimes it's juggling things and as a working parent and school holidays thrown in to the mix too, sometimes the social media updates take a bit of a dip.
So I thought I'd share some photos of the most amazing day we had last week with Aspire Education.
We had an in person training day and met with our network from around the country.
One day, but packed full of insight, networking, education and motivation.
We came away feeling exhausted - in a good way - the kind of tired that makes you realise that you have stretched yourself, you've learned new things, you've opened up some doors that may lead to a new path.
Overall an amazing day spent with the best people.

What better way to connect with people who may be looking to sell their property than to send them a letter. I like to post them personally as it also gives me an opportunity to walk the area, get a feel for the street, say hi to the neighbours walking past etc. #
There will be plenty more of these going out over the next few weeks 🏡
