A few months ago, we challenged our Team Leaders to look beyond their daily responsibilities and rethink the way we work by answering one simple question:
How can we optimise Evolis' operations?

The result was the Evolis Optimisation Awards an initiative that encouraged our teams to challenge the status quo, collaborate across departments, and turn bold ideas into actionable solutions.

What stood out most wasn't just the quality of the ideas, but the collaboration, creativity and ownership demonstrated throughout the process. It was inspiring to see our leaders embrace the challenge, think outside the box, and work together to shape the future of Evolis.

⚽ The pressure was on at Ebene Skies!

Eight teams stepped up to the spot for the Evolis Penalty Shootout Competition, bringing energy, team spirit and plenty of memorable moments to the pitch.

After a series of closely contested matches, the competition culminated in a thrilling final. In the end, Sunlife held their nerve to claim the title, earning both the trophy and the bragging rights until next time. 🏆
