As your real estate advisor and financial coach, let me explain this in a way that even mama ibeji selling fresh ata rodo (peppers) in the village market will understand

๐Ÿ‘‰The Deed of Assignment: "I Buy the Whole Basket" โ€‹Imagine you walk into the market and buy Mama Ibejiโ€™s entire basket of pepper. You pay the full price, you carry the basket home, and it becomes 100% yours.

Mama Ibeji has no more say over that pepper. You can cook it, sell it, or give it away.

โ€‹In Real Estate: A Deed of Assignment means the seller is transferring permanent ownership of the land to you completely. You pay, they sign, and you become the new "landlord" forever (or for the remainder of the land's 99-year global lease).

Don't Buy "Ata Rodo" at the Price of Gold!
