🏡NORTH SHORE MARKET UPDATE🏡

The North Shore property market continues to move in the right direction, with the median sale price reaching $1,186,000 in May, up 0.9% on this time last year and 2.5% higher than April.

While sales volumes were slightly lower, buyer demand remains evident. Current conditions suggest the market is seeking more quality family homes, with buyers showing strong interest in both turnkey properties and well-located homes that offer scope to add value. When these properties come to market, engagement levels remain encouraging. With properties continuing to sell in a median of 49 days, buyers remain active and ready to act when the right opportunity comes along.

Overall, the market is showing encouraging signs of stability and gradual growth, providing confidence for both buyers and sellers as we head into the second half of 2026.

🩷50km completed🩷

This month has been about so much more than walking...

Together, the incredible Walk 50K community has raised over $800,000 for Sweet Louise, helping provide support, care and connection to New Zealanders living with incurable breast cancer.

What inspires me most is the story behind Sweet Louise. Louise Perkins was given just two years to live at age 29, yet she chose to find joy and purpose in every day. That philosophy continues to inspire and support hundreds of families across New Zealand.

This challenge has been a reminder not to take the little things for granted, our health, our loved ones, and the everyday moments that often pass us by.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, encouraged me and supported this cause. I'm incredibly grateful to have played a small part in something so meaningful.

🏡When everyone is competing for perfection, opportunity often hides in potential🏡

Everyone seems to be chasing the same thing right now: warm, renovated, move-in-ready homes.

But here's the interesting part...

When the crowd moves in one direction, opportunities often appear in the other.

While demand for turnkey homes is soaring, I'm still working with buyers actively looking for properties they can renovate, add value to, or completely transform.

If you've been putting off your renovation plans, or looking at your home thinking "I just can't be bothered anymore," there may be a buyer willing to take that project off your hands.

I just wanted to say the biggest THANK YOU 💗

To everyone who has donated, shared, supported, checked in, walked alongside me or cheered me on, thank you. The generosity and kindness shown throughout this challenge has honestly been incredible.

Today also happens to be my birthday 🎉 and it’s had me reflecting on just how lucky I am to grow older surrounded by amazing family and friends.

I know that’s not the reality for everyone, which is why this cause means so much.
