🏡 Milford held steady with 11 sales and a strong $1.5M median, though buyers took their time - averaging 83 days to commit.
📈 Forrest Hill was the busiest of the trio, clocking 18 sales, a 36-day average to sell, and a median of $1.34M.
💰 Mairangi Bay continued to command premium prices, posting a $1.72M median with 31 days on market and 7 sales.

🏡 Milford moved fast, with homes selling in just 36 days and a median sale price of $1.305M.
📈 Forrest Hill saw the highest number of sales (14), with a median price of $1.38M, though buyers took a little longer to commit, averaging 63 days to sell.
💰 Mairangi Bay came out on top price-wise, with a strong median of $1.563M, but listings lingered a little longer at 65 days.
