We’re well progressed in the facade at our Mountain Oak Queenstown Apartment development.

Both the wings are complete up to level four, and the main part of the building is up to level two. Structural steel is 99% complete, and the roof is 50% complete.

Things are coming along nicely, thanks to our hardworking site team!

A defining moment for the TRYP Palmerston North hotel is underway: the scaffolding is coming down, revealing the new character and craftsmanship of this landmark building.

Months of careful restoration and construction are giving way to the final stages of the project and we are counting down the days to opening.

Winter made things a bit challenging at our Mountain Oak Queenstown Apartments site.

Safety inside and outside the building is paramount for all our on-site workers; and through excellent planning, everyone was able to adapt and make strong progress through the cold season.

Work on site at the TRYP Palmerston North hotel is hectic, as we have floors racing to be completed in preparation for the delivery of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

With the carpark poured and awaiting line marking, it is looking more like a hotel every week, and there’s plenty of positive talk around the city.

The crane has been removed, and the scaffolding will be removed in the next few weeks.

The skyline is now looking a little different, and we can’t wait to show off the amazing façade!

Another milestone achieved, as 10 of our Mountain Oak Queenstown Apartments units are nearing the final fit-out stage.

Painting and tiling is commencing shortly, and joinery will be delivered soon.

There’s still a ways to go before we’re done, but this marks an exciting step in the journey toward completion!
