On Site with Josh - Episode 1: The Blank Canvas 🎨

How do you transform an 800m² Auckland corner site, previously occupied by a single bungalow, into seven smart new rental homes?

At 722 New North Road, the old home has been cleared, the site is being prepared and some of the project’s biggest early challenges have already been tackled - including bringing a new wastewater connection across one of Auckland’s busiest roads.

The plan is to create seven two-bedroom Windsor homes, each with its own dedicated parking space, making the most of this brilliantly connected central Auckland location.

In this new series, Josh will take us behind the scenes as the project progresses - sharing the challenges, important decisions and practical thinking involved in unlocking the full potential of the property.
