Ray has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1994 selling rural & lifestyle properties in the Otago region. The success Ray has obtained during this time portrays Ray as a hardworking salesperson who is committed to strong values and ethics, innovative marketing as well as an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry - resulting in happy Vendors and Purchasers. Ray specialises in Rural and Lifestyle properties in the Taieri - Dunedin district, rural Otago incorporating the Lee Stream, Hindon, Black Rock areas plus Strath Taieri, Maniototo and East Otago. Over the years Ray has sold many quality residential homes in the Outram and Mosgiel townships. Many of these sales have come about because of Ray’s relationship with the owners of both Rural and Lifestyle properties who want to downsize and purchase a residential property. Having lived in the province of Otago all of his life, Ray has been involved in many community organisations, such as the Taieri Rugby Club & Otago Racing Club and he is also on the fund-raising committee of the proposed aquatic pool to be built in Mosgiel.
