Before you sign a listing agreement, slow down and ask a few simple questions.

What do I have to pay upfront?
What exactly does that cover?
What happens if my home doesn’t sell?

A lot of sellers are surprised to learn that some agencies charge marketing or admin costs before a buyer is secured.

That can include:
• Photography and video
• Trade Me upgrades
• Brochures and print design
• Campaign admin

Those costs can easily run into the thousands, regardless of the result.

There are options in New Zealand where you pay nothing upfront and nothing at all if your property doesn’t sell.

At Arizto Real Estate, there are no upfront costs. You only pay on a successful sale. The only marketing expense payable at settlement is the Trade Me package. Professional photography, videography, drone footage, and floor plans are all included within our fairer fee.
