A new chapter, built on experience and guided by purpose.

Real estate has given me the privilege of being part of some incredibly important moments - first homes, next homes, growing families, fresh starts and new beginnings. That has always been the part of this industry I’ve loved most - being able to guide and support people through some of the biggest transitions in their lives.

This move wasn’t just about where I worked next; it was about finding a place where my values aligned. A brand with a strong history, a reputation built on excellence, and a genuine focus on people.

It’s been a big (and very busy) month, and I’m excited for this next chapter with Lugtons.

Six years ago, this was the very first home I ever sold.

Today, I've had the privilege of selling it for a third time.

There are some homes that just have a feeling about them, and this is one of them. Cosy and welcoming, yet surprisingly spacious, it's the kind of home that instantly puts you at ease. Built with love by a wonderful family in the 1980s, it was passed on to its next chapter in 2020. The original owner stopped in recently and it was such a treat to see her eyes light up with old memories.

Now, once again, it's beginning a new story.

I'm so thrilled to have achieved this result for S & C, and equally excited for S & F and their incredible family as they take over the baton and fill these walls with memories of their own.

As an agent, moments like this are incredibly special. Seeing a home continue to be the place where first-home buyers begin their journey is a reminder of why I love what I do.

Welcoming 13 buyer groups through the property, this exceptional home achieved a successful result after 27 days on the market.
