This week our team had 9 new listings to explore and get to know.

First, we physically walk through every property. Then it’s back to the office, where we talk through each one.. getting to know it on paper too, sharing ideas, experience and knowledge. Because when it comes to selling your home, 25 heads are better than one.

Then the best part begins…the race to see who can get their buyers through first, creating more interest, more competition and ultimately helping achieve the best possible result for our vendors.

And we don’t just say we work as a team.. the way our commission is structured backs it up. If one of our agents sells another agent’s listing, they receive half the commission. That gives every agent a genuine incentive to work hard for every house, every vendor and every buyer.

There’s also a reason our new listings launch on a Wednesday. It gives our whole team the opportunity to introduce their buyers to a property before the first open home even happens.
