Okay, obviously I’d LOVE to sell your house 😂🧡

But I’m also not going to tell you to sell just because it means a listing for me.

Sometimes my advice might be wait.
Sometimes it might be don’t spend a cent renovating that.
And sometimes it’ll be yep, now is actually a really good time! let’s goooo.

That’s the part of real estate I really enjoy. Sitting down, having a yarn about your home, what you’re thinking and what actually makes sense for you.

You don’t have to be ready to sell to ask me a question, get an appraisal or chat through your options. And when the time is right? I’ll be ready with a plan 🧡
