Elles Road is SOLD & on the very first open home! ✨

This one has been phenomenal, and I’m honestly so happy to have been able to make this happen for my vendor.

After trying to navigate the sale privately, it was such a privilege to step in, get the property listed and see it sold on that very first open home.

Working alongside my vendor has been one of those experiences that reminds me why I love what I do. Having someone who genuinely trusts you and your advice is what makes all the difference and it made this such a smooth and enjoyable journey from start to finish.

Such a bittersweet moment for my vendor as she says goodbye to the family home where so many special memories have been made.
It’s never easy closing the door on a home that holds so much history, but I’m so excited for her as she steps into this next chapter and everything that lies ahead.

I’m so excited for the new owners as they enjoy such a special chapter of their life. Feeling like life has just begun for them.

And most importantly… I’m so happy I could help these guys find their shelter in the storm. ⚡️

Yesterday I celebrated my 1 year anniversary in Real Estate at the Josh Phegan Blue Print Training. (which was UNREAL).
It really reminded me why this life is for me and why I do this.
The amount of people you meet, talk to, relate to, really make every experience worth every second.
This year has been the best one I have ever had in my life.
I am so thankful, grateful & blessed.
