There’s such a great energy around Invercargill right now. Restaurants are busy, there’s plenty happening, and our city is doing really well, and getting noticed!

The latest figures show a positive shift in our local property market, with the median sale price reaching $510,000, up from $460,000 in August last year.

Homes are also selling faster, with the median time to sell dropping from 33 days to 28 days, while 82 properties sold during August.

With spring now here and buyer activity continuing, it could be a great time to find out what your property may be worth in today’s market.
