June REINZ Stats are out!
Summary: Canterbury has had decreased by 2.1% since May; it is taking 42 days on the market to sell and the number of sales compared to May have decreased 8.7%.
Rural update (properties larger than 20Ha) - In Hurunui there were 5 sales, totalling $19,124,082 and Waimakariri there were no sales in May.
