So here's a snapshot of New Zealand's housing market for the month just gone. 📈 It's amazing to see Canterbury shining bright, with median house prices soaring 5.2% 🚀

Homes are also selling faster than the national average, with Canterbury properties spending an average of 42 days on the market, compared to an average of 48 days nationwide.
