This market isn’t giving much away right now.

Every listing feels harder. Every negotiation takes more work. Every deal feels earned.

Which makes results like this mean even more.

In a month where confidence is mixed and momentum has been tough to find, our Silverdale & Orewa team placed 5 agents in the Top 20 for the month, and collectively we had our second best month on record….

Not because the market got easier… but because of collaboration, consistency, creating opportunities and showing up for clients every day.

Huge effort from the whole team behind these results.

Proud of this group.
Proud to be in the trenches with them

An incredible few days to start the week for our Annual Conference… near on a thousand of us from across the country descended on Christchurch to connect, collaborate and celebrate the year that was!

From epic speakers, to a sensational National Auction competition, a next-level networking party held at the new stadium, and to the black tie awards dinner… it was just more proof that Harcourts does this better than anyone else.

Incredibly proud of our entire team for coming back to Auckland with awards in tow… the Silverdale team taking home 3rd Top Medium Office for Revenue and 2nd for Revenue per Sales Consultant, and a special mention to Team for taking out 14th, and Team for bringing home 11th out of more than 2500 consultants nationwide!

Great recognition for great agents and great people!

There’s something pretty special about celebrating success in a venue built on history, legacy and excellence.

Last week at the Harcourts Northern Region End of Year Awards, held at the iconic Auckland War Memorial Museum, our team was incredibly proud to take home a tonne of awards alongside some of the best in the business.

A venue that honours achievement, resilience and legacy felt like the perfect place to recognise the hard work, consistency and commitment this team brings every single day.

Real estate can be a grind behind the scenes… the long hours, tough conversations, constant pressure, so days like this are a reminder that the effort matters.

Massive thank you to our clients, supporters and everyone who trusts us to be part of such important moments in their lives. And to this team… what a result. Proud is an understatement!

Onwards we go to the National Awards next week!!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums out there.

The ones holding families together behind the scenes while somehow making it all look effortless.

But especially to this superstar mum…

Watching you juggle work and your own responsibilities while still being the engine room of our home is something I don’t take for granted.

From school pick-ups and sports runs, to lunches, dinners, washing, cleaning, routines, cuddles and everything in between… you somehow keep all the plates spinning while still showing up for everyone around you.

The reality is mums carry far more than most people ever see.

And our family is lucky beyond words to have you at the centre of ours.

To all the mums, thank you for everything you do, today and every other day of the year.

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

A huge congratulations to our Top 20 performers for April.

Results like these don’t happen by accident. They’re built through consistency, discipline, early starts, late nights, tough conversations, relentless follow-up, and an unwavering commitment to clients.

What we’re seeing isn’t luck. It’s the outcome of work ethic compounded over time.

Proud of the momentum this team continues to build, and even prouder of the standard being set across the group. April was strong… now we reset and go again.

Harcourts has once again been named New Zealand’s Most Trusted Real Estate Brand in the 2026 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Awards… making us award winners 14 years in a row.

That doesn’t happen by chance.

It’s the result of consistent, daily action. Showing up for clients. Doing what you say you’ll do. Putting people first when it matters most.

While this is a national recognition, it hits closer to home for us at . Because trust isn’t built at a brand level… it’s built in living rooms, at kitchen tables, and through every conversation our team has with clients.

Our people, our standards, and our commitment to doing the right thing are what make this real, locally.

Proud of the team. Proud of the culture. And grateful to be part of a brand that continues to earn the trust of New Zealanders, year after year.

March is traditionally Auckland’s strongest selling month, and this year certainly delivered across the North Shore, Rodney, West Auckland and Auckland City. Sales volumes lifted close to 18% month-on-month, with homes selling 15 to 20 days faster than in February. With the OCR holding steady at 2.25% and auction activity rebounding strongly post-Easter, buyer confidence is clearly back in the market.

The wider New Zealand property market has remained resilient despite higher petrol prices and softer consumer confidence, supported by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand maintaining the OCR at 2.25%. With Easter and the school holidays now behind us, our Cooper & Co auction rooms have seen a strong resurgence in activity. In March, Auckland recorded close to three times the number of auction sales compared to the rest of the country - a dynamic that continues to deliver strong results for our vendors week after week.

Home after a couple of days away… and straight back to the little moments that matter most.

Missed her like crazy… not sure she missed me quite as much, but I’ll take the forehead kiss as a pretty good sign ❤️
