Ray White Tauranga Annual Awards 2025/26 ✨πŸ₯‚

Last month we celebrated our three offices, with quarterly and annual awards at Macau. We had the best night thanks to our amazing business owners - I don’t think our team culture can be beaten, we literally have the best crew of humans! πŸ’›

Getting Business Development Manager of the Year was a mega highlight for me, and a personal best and growth award definitely made the hard work and late evening admin worth it.

But my most memorable has to be the β€œDummy/Dinosaur Award” πŸ‘€πŸ«£ Kindly nominated by team members, for forgetting I needed a visa to get into Australia at 430am at Tauranga airport on our way to AREC. ! And for accidentally driving off with the petrol pump…actually I’m not even going to finish that one. ! πŸ¦–πŸ¦–

Happy ONE year anniversary to ussss! πŸ’› We joined as a duo, not knowing who the other person would be… We were both super worried, wondered if we’d like each other, or feel competitive and all the things that happen in a salesy role! Buuuut we’ve had the best year, we’re partners in crime, and we’re close as anything. 🫢

We can both put our hands on our hearts and say we’re SO flipping happy that we accepted our roles at Ray White Tauranga PM - and technically returned to the yellow side! The best team, culture, all of it. πŸ’›
